Basic Steps (after resetting your Personal Security Code)

  • Enter your Member Number.
  • Enter your Personal Security Code.
  • The system will then automatically provide your available Checking balance (if applicable) and your available Savings balance.

  • Stop Payment - Press 5

- Savings & Money Market - Press 2

  • Balance Inquiry - Press 1
  • Transaction History - Press 2
  • Withdrawals - Press 3
  • Deposits - Press 4
  • Dividend Information - Press 5 

- Certificates of Deposit - Press 3

  • Balance Inquiry - Press 1
  • Maturity Date - Press 2
  • Interest Rate - Press 3
  • Interest Paid - Press 4 

- IRAs - Press 4

  • Balance Inquiry - Press 1
  • Maturity Date - Press 2

Transfer Funds- Press 2

  • You will be prompted to input the amount to transfer, no decimal points are necessary.
  • You will then be asked from what account the funds should transfer from, then you will be prompted to enter what account the funds should transfer to.

Make a Loan Payment - Press 3

  • The system will ask you what kind of loan and guide you through the steps for payment.
